This page is for current Fulbrighters in Jordan and anyone else who is interested in knowing what we are reading. For those of us in Jordan, this can serve as a de facto library catalogue for book exchange; for everyone this can be a book recommendation list—short or long reviews from participants for selected readings are welcome. Books listed here may range from trade papers saturated in jargon to travel reading, from reference guides to treatises on human nature. However, due to their ubiquity, Hans Weir’s Arabic-English Dictionary, Lonley Planet: Jordan and every book in the Al-Kitaab fii Ta’allum al-Arabiyya are hereby banned.
